This early house of our portfolio was for a client who required a specific distinction between the public areas of his home and the private areas. Designed on a very tight 600 sqm site, the house was organised around a green courtyard that all areas of the house could open out onto. The front public wing could be closed off to function separately for guests, while the rest of the house was open to the private family.
